Terms of Service

A contract reiterating the following points will be sent before work begins.

Payment method:

Payment is made through Paypal invoice

Fee and Work Schedule:

50/50% payment struture

I will provide a sketch after receiving the first payment.

You can suggest minor adjustments or changes to the sketch.

Updates will be provided twice during the artwork's creation.

I will email or dm a low resolution version of the artwork for final aproval.

By aproving you agree that the work is complete and a final payment is to be made.

Any major adjustments will require renegotation of the timeframe and fee.

I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund at any time for any reason.

If at any point you choose to cancel and forfeit any work done so far, any payments made are non-refundable.

If you fail to answer to updates or sketches within a certain time period (specificed in the contract) the contract will become void.

Artwork is made for personal use. Art for commercial use needs to be stated as so and will cost higher than same art if it was for personal use.

I retain copy rights to the artwork unless stated otherwise.
